This is our most comprehensive and personalized training program.
You train one-on-one with a specially trained optometrist who guides you step by step and tailors the training precisely to your individual needs. The program includes ongoing examinations and follow-ups, which can take place online or in person – whichever suits you best.
The training combines:
- Physical exercises with video guidance
- Online exercises powered by intelligent algorithms that automatically adjust the difficulty based on your performance
2. Online vision training – flexible, motivating, and effective
Here you receive a personalized online training program, with 4 targeted exercises delivered daily.

The training is gamified to keep motivation high. Built-in algorithms ensure the training is individually adapted, even when you train independently.
There are no examinations or follow-ups, but you can upgrade to 1:1 training at any time or take the binocular vision screening.
